Bottega Conticelli offers a selection of its most iconic creations just a click away, on the e-commerce page handled entirely in person by Francesco Conticelli; all our items and works, conceived and developed down to the tiniest detail by Stefano Conticelli, should be considered as truly unique pieces. We have decided to produce a small selection, which you will find on our e-commerce store in limited quantities on a rotation basis: the result of our creativity and small series is entirely hand-developed within our workshop and designed to reach you wherever you may be (read on to find out where we can deliver, but not to worry, just give us a call if you cannot find your location and we will do our very best to help you!). Personal and furnishing items and unique creations that you can customise by adding your initials or a message to a loved one or that you can even design with us. Take a look at the selection and writ or call us if you cannot find what you are looking for: we will work together to develop a customised option and invite you to our think tank in Umbria or one of our show rooms for a session devoted entirely to your product.

CAN I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?
You can cancel your registration with the bottegaconticelli.it website by e-mailing email@example.com and requesting that your account be erased.
Orders and deliveries
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Placing an order on-line is very simple indeed. The articles you have chosen will be shown in your basket. Select the products desired and add them to the basket. You can continue to make purchases or check out if you have found everything you need. Your account saves the pre-selected methods of payment and addresses, making order completion quicker and easier. Before continuing, check that everything is as you wish. You will receive an e-mail with the delivery tracking code as soon as the order is dispatched.
CAN I CHANGE MY BASKET?
Click on the basket icon to display the products you have ordered. You can increase or reduce quantities using the specific controls, or delete products you have previously added and continue browsing.
WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
At present, we can accept payment by Paypal and bank transfer. Paypal allows you to make payment by means of credit and debit cards in complete security, even without having an account.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
When registering, you can enter a different delivery address to your domicile. Your order will automatically be associated with the addresses saved, but you can always choose to change this.
WHERE IS MY ORDER NOW?
You can see your order status in the “orders” section of the reserved area of your account.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We deliver all over the world by express courier! During the purchase procedure, depending on the destination you have chosen and the object you wish to buy, you can see how much delivery costs will be before making the purchase. In general, we consider between 5 and 20 working days for delivery, from order.
CAN THE ORDER BE CHANGED ONCE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
To request changes to orders placed, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will always do our best to help you, where possible.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING A PURCHASE?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the purchase made, you have the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days of the date on which the goods purchased are received. For services, the terms of 14 days shall run from the date on which the contract is stipulated, except for “tailor-made” goods. CAN I MONITOR THE STATUS OF MY DELIVERY?
Of course: once we have dispatched your order, we will e-mail you with the tracking code, at the address you gave us when making the purchase.
We will also provide you with more information so that you can monitor delivery.
CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
Bottega Conticelli is perfect as a gift for men or women alike, regardless of age: occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, weddings or even gifts for your best customers, which can be customised. If you have out of ideas and want to give an original gift, you can order a gift card of the desired value: we will deliver a card to the address chosen, that he/she can then spend on-line.

CAN I REQUEST GIFT PACKAGING?
All Bottega Conticelli creations are packaged using our two-tone proprietary packaging created entirely in Italy and sealed by a our logo depicting Isabelle, the rocking horse that marks all our items. They are packaged with great care and a delicate perfume inspired by the Umbria countryside. Contact us at info@bottegaconticelli if you wish to add a personal note or card to your gift.
HOW IS YOUR PRODUCT SUSTAINABLE?
From the procurement of the best raw materials through to the most careful, local craftsmanship, we only use forward-looking partners and the skills of our adult artisans, most of whom are women: to make sure that our articles are made from the best selection of materials, often with dedicated finishes containing no chemical substances and natural treatments, like sun drying or vegetable tanning, we make every effort to improve continuously, investing in research so as to offer cutting-edge solutions that are respectful of both humans and the environment. WHERE IS THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURED AND PACKAGED?

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
We mainly use natural materials like wool, cashmere, cotton, linen and numerous types of certified woods and leathers, which we source exclusively from trusted partners whom we have met personally and with whom we have enjoyed lasting relations over the years. WHAT LEATHER DO YOU USE?
Depending on the work at hand and our consumer’s needs, we can choose the best leather for each product.
IS THE PRODUCT CHILD-SAFE?
As long as any inappropriate components are removed, our products and items are developed with the utmost care and finished so as to be easily positioned in a bedroom or on a desk.
WHERE CAN I SEE THE BOTTEGA CONTICELLI CREATIONS?
In addition to at our e-shop, in the summer months (June/September), you can visit our space in Portocervo at Promenada du Port and even book a trip to the workshop by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
